General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") serve as a legal agreement between f222 and its users. Using any service on the f222 platform means every clause of these Terms has been read and accepted.

f222 provides online sports betting and casino gaming services for users in Bangladesh. The platform processes transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. This is an entertainment service; however, real money is involved, so every user must make decisions carefully.

f222 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account with f222, users must meet the following conditions:

• One person may operate only one account.
• The account must be operated by the registered person in their own name — registration on behalf of another person or using another person's information is prohibited.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping the account password and login details secure is the user's own responsibility. Sharing this information with third parties is prohibited. Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to the support team immediately.

Age Verification

All services on f222 are for persons aged 21 or above only. This is a strict requirement of our platform.

Where necessary, f222 may verify age through a national identity card or other government-issued identity document. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

Deposit and Withdrawal

4.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at f222 is ৳100. Accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Every deposit is processed through a secure channel. Deposits are generally credited to the account shortly after completion.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit. Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal request can be submitted.

4.3 Transaction Liability

f222 is not responsible for deposits or withdrawals made to an incorrect mobile number or through an incorrect method. For suspicious transactions, f222 reserves the right to hold funds until an investigation is complete.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at f222 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000 — and bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• Bonuses must be used within a specified time limit, otherwise they will expire.
• To earn the bonus, the clear instructions for activating the deposit bonus must be followed.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the account being closed.
• No bonus offer may be used in combination with another, unless explicitly stated.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.

5.3 Promotional Changes

f222 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion or bonus offer. Details of ongoing promotions can be found in the Promotions section of the platform.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

Odds offered in sports betting are variable and depend on market conditions. Once a bet has been accepted it cannot be cancelled, unless a technical error is proven. If a match is cancelled or an unforeseen situation arises, f222's decision is final.

6.2 Casino Games

The slots and live casino games available on f222 are operated by third-party providers and have their own RNG (Random Number Generator) systems. Each game result is independent and does not depend on previous results.

6.3 Technical Errors

If an abnormal result occurs due to a technical error or system failure, f222 reserves the right to cancel or correct that bet or game session. Any winnings displayed in such cases will be considered void.

6.4 Mobile App

f222's Android and iOS apps are available through official channels. These Terms apply equally to use of the app.

VIP Program

The f222 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback based on a set percentage of that week's net loss.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated on the week's net loss (total loss minus total winnings) at the applicable rate. Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a given week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on activity. Tier changes are at f222's discretion and f222's decision on this matter is final. VIP benefits are not convertible to cash unless explicitly stated.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f222 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets by artificial means for the purpose of gaining bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Accessing the platform using another person's account or identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the system.
• Colluding with other users to place bets.

Privacy and Data Protection

f222 gives the highest importance to protecting users' personal information. Information collected at registration is used only for platform operation, identity verification and support services. f222's Privacy Policy contains full details on how information is collected, stored and used.

User information is not sold or transferred to third parties; however, f222 may be required to provide information to authorities due to legal obligations. The platform uses SSL encryption to keep all transactions and connections secure.

• For legal reasons or on the instruction of authorities.

11.2 At the User's Initiative

Any user may request to close their own account. In that case, they will be given the opportunity to withdraw the existing balance. f222 may consider a request to reopen the account after closure, but this is not mandatory.

12.1 Changes to Terms

f222 reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be published on the platform with the effective date noted. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
